Disliked: There were two roaches in my hotel room, the sheets on the bed were dirty, and the shower was dirty as well.

It was a pleasant stay....

Liked: I loved the location of the property, how big the rooms were, and the pool for my kids. The front desk reception was very nice and very helpful. She was very attentive with getting us extra towels for the pool and for our room. She graciously answered our questions and was super friendly. I appreciated that when we walked through the front door, it smelled super clean. I know a lot of people have posted that the smell is overwhelming. However, I appreciated how clean it smelled when I walked through.
Disliked: I didn’t like that the room did not cool off. The TV puts off so much heat. As big as the room is, there needed to be two a/c units in the room. One unit was not enough. It only cooled one side of the room. The food was okay. Nothing special. I wish they had a waffle/pancake station.
