This was my second stay...

Liked: It was a last-minute stay for me because I was tired. Did not want to drive back to New Jersey.
Disliked: My daughter discovered that around the bed wasn’t very clean. There was all food on the wall and around the bed frame and maybe the detergent that was used to wash the sheet had us itching.

Don’t think I’ll visit again!

Liked: Check in and check out was a breeeze.
Disliked: I asked for towels and pillows and never got them. Our room key did not work. There was no milk and juice at Breakfast

Pricey and out of the...

Liked: Friendly staff, and a good breakfast. BUT, the coffee was extremely watery!
Disliked: No nightlight for bathroom use, shower had poorly repaired tiles, no sink in bathroom, and TV not convenient for either bed or sofa. Far from downtown Baltimore and rather pricey.

Liked: Location
Disliked: I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The customer service was poor and unprofessional. During our entire stay, our room was never cleaned—not even once. We also had issues with breakfast: even though it was supposed to be available until a certain hour, when we arrived an hour before the end time, there was almost nothing left. There were no alternatives or basic amenities like a microwave available. I would not recommend this hotel and will not be returning.
