Pleasant
Liked: staff were friendly
Disliked: no response to requests for housekeeping, despite 2 calls, and confirmation from the desk.room was dingy. no vending machines despite signage, only one working ice machine in the entire hotel.

Disliked: The TVs must be changed to smart TVs immediately please. It was unbelievable to see old tvs in that class of hotel

Disliked: Stuff is terrible….This hotel could not provide the bill after checkout in printed form. They say that it will be sent to your email. I’m waiting for my bill already 1 month and 5 days… nothing. Now I‘m trying to contact hotel in booking app, also here is no response from hotel.About room: room was dirty (carpet and sofa). Window was broken, it wasn’t possible to close it completely, thats why we have heard cars and other noises the hole night.Breakfast is not as on the hotel pictures, very poor Better to stay in another place..

Comfortable Stay
Liked: The room was clean with lots of natural light and ease of use. The shower and space was very comfortable. I was able to do some work at the desk comfortable with the lighting provided.
Disliked: the television didn't have many HD stations which didn't leave much for viewing. Rarely used it. There were no coffee stirrers or napkins in the basket. Wished they had disposable spoons. The bed sheets were too thin for it being a Hyatt. So were the towels

The Hyatt...ha, what joke!
Liked: The staff was professional & decent to say the least, the rooms were clean and the overall upkeep was satisfactory for a short stay.
Disliked: What was most concerning was the price versus the amenities & what wasn't provided. I use Bookings.com always for my traveling & the hotels this far have all been very good. Unfortunately for this to be a Hyatt very disappointing. No microwaves in the room, no daily toiletries provided, if you needed something you had to ask the front desk, I asked for a microwave & it was unavailable & limited. The prices for everything was ridiculous from a chocolate bar to frozen pizza & the pre-made salad being sold. The only microwave handy was in the lobby which is inconvenient if your tired & just want to relax in your own room that was over priced. Absolutely would never stay there again because I experienced so much better for far less!
