Unfortunately for this high priced hotel, my wife and I are both construction QC inspectors. So, on that note.....the money this hotel charges, the room should be perfect or very close to it. Paint peeling from bathroom ceiling; sink drain slow to drain due to debris build up; wallpaper in couch area pealing from the wall; some sort of discoloration of wallpaper by sitting area on wall opposite of shower wall; the blinds stopped 6-8" from the window sill (we had to roll up the spare blanket and place it on the window sill to fill the gap). During check out, I brought these issues up to the front desk clerk (Don). After showing him the pictures, he rudely told me that because I booked thru a 3rd party, he wasn't going to adjust anything for the condition of the room. Not good buisness practice for the company that he represents or for the hotel booking website. I will just park my RV in the lot next door next time we go to a concert next door, instead of wasting my hard earned money on overpriced substandard accommodations. Compensation of some kind was and is in order.

Disliked: Although seemed to be mostly clean, the room condition was not maintained very well.

Liked: EXCELLENT BREAKFAST. Really lovely set up. NOTE: CHAIRS AT SOME TABLES WERE WAY TOO LOW THOUGH??!!!!!! Very challenging to get out of when you are 70 plus years old. Maybe they were there for small children????

Disliked: The staff were busy on their phones. They didn’t pay attention. Gave me the wrong room and the room had no toilet paper. In the morning there was no staff in the breakfast area to ask them questions and to have tables cleaned.
