Liked: I liked the high floor view. Location is near several restaurants and mall.
Disliked: The building name and entrance is not clearly marked or visible. I’ve passed this hotel several times without even knowing it was a Hyatt hotel. Had trouble finding.

Liked: Very nice hotel. Right next to a mall, which is convenient. The staff was very nice and helpful.
Disliked: Very poor breakfast, not much food, no vegetables. The folding bed was very uncomfortable, and it was vertical to the other beds, which made it very inconvenient in the room.Even though the reservation was for four people they put towels for three (they said that's just how they set all the rooms) so we had to request more and then the second night the housekeeping took all the towels and set it for three people again so we had to go down get towels again. They should set the room according to the reservation.
