Hyatt Place Atlanta/Norcross/Peachtree

Room was very clean and comfy and beautiful. Best hotel I have stayed in. The staff was very friendly and I hope to return very soon.

Disliked: Had to pay for parking... had a maid come into my room while a do not disturb thing on the door, woke me up at 930 in the am.. for that alone I would never come back here..(1st night of sleep in 3days)

Disliked: Old and dated looking on the inside, only one of the two elevators working the entire trip, people smoking in rooms and could smell in hallway

Disliked: Bed mattress was not very comfortable. Paying for parking on a lot attached to property is not customer friendly. Bar closes fairly early. Not what I’m used to from Hyatt.

Good for what it is

Liked: The location was good and the shower feels like rain. I liked the couch in the room with the king bed and that the tv could be turned to either the bed or couch. Location was right next to everywhere we needed to go too. Also the napkins were really good quality and the bed was comfy.
Disliked: No complimentary toiletries, and the sink just would not drain. The ironing board and couch were stained and so was the bedskirt. Charged a $50 incidental and didn’t tell us about it. Only had one room key available for us and were out of them even though I booked my stay a week in advance. Breakfast was ok, nothing special but the waffle was good. Cleanliness could be a lot better. Also the fitted sheet was loose and not completely tucked in so it exposed to mattress underneath. Wanted to stay here again since it was really nice the last time we visited a few months ago but quality has went down since.
