Hyatt Place Atlanta/Norcross/Peachtree

Room was very clean and comfy and beautiful. Best hotel I have stayed in. The staff was very friendly and I hope to return very soon.

Disliked: As soon as you hit the front door of the lobby the odor of marijuana just hits you in the face. Carpet in the room was also ripped.

Could have been better

Liked: Looked presentable on the outside just seemed old. The carpet had stains and was dirty. My fridge didn’t work but the staff were able to put my food in their fridge (maintenance and manger wasn’t there when I complained), also they were booked and I couldn’t change my room. The pull out bed was rusty. No soap/body wash in bathroom dispenser. No extra trash bags, no microwave, one coffee cup but no dish detergent. The room looked presentable.
Disliked: No microwave and old rusty fridge that didn’t get cold for a while 24hrs.
