Liked: It is a convenient location, walking distance from the Coca-Cola Roxy & baseball stadium. Bed was comfortable. Staff is super helpful and friendly.

Liked: Everything smelled clean upon entering the hotel. The staff was very friendly and inviting . Once we received our keys to check in, we went our room and was pleasantly impressed by the quality of the room. Nice, clean and spacious.

Liked: When we arrived, there were no luggage carts. Staff looked around the whole hotel and couldn't find any. We had a lot of luggage as we were there for a week to work. The staff was great and let us borrow one of their service carts. We were very appreciative of that after a 12hr drive. It was pretty crowded when we were there, but the room was quiet. We didn't hear any noise from the hall or other rooms, which was great. Beds and pillows were comfy, and the room was huge. Lots of breakfast options in the morning.
Disliked: We were there during an exceptionally hot week and wanted to jump in the pool after work. The pool's outside in the direct sun all day, so it was warm like a bath. Obviously, out of the hotels control, but something to be aware of if you wanna cool down, lol
