Great location! Family and business...

Liked: The hotel was exactly as shown in the pictures. I will definitely stay here again.
Disliked: Bed were super comfortable, good stuff and free parking is provided. Closer to the mall and ballpark.

Clean, efficient hotel.

Liked: Clean. Nice and efficient staff. Good size room. Nice breakfast.
Disliked: Breakfast hours. Breakfast ends at 9.00. Way to early for a family with teenagers. Noise from highways are present in rooms.

Very pleased with the overall...

Liked: It was very clean and staff was very accommodating.
Disliked: I believe better alcohol limits in the bar should be watched. I was on an elevator with a man that had been at the hotel bar for hours and he was extremely intoxicated. He was jumping in the elevator causing it to bounce up and down and just being rude thinking he was being cool. I couldn’t wait to get out of that elevator.

Liked: The Hyatt Place is the perfect place to stay when you're going to a game. It's close to the ballpark, you can easily walk. The staff was great.
Disliked: The pool was closed the majority of the time we were there. The entire pool area wasn't the nicest, and could definitely use a major update.
