Hyatt Place Atlanta/Alpharetta/Windward Parkway

The Hyatt Place Atlanta is a first class place to stay. Very courteous and helpful staff. The rooms are large, comfortable and quiet. I would recomend this to anyone needing a place in Alpharetta. I will definitely stay here in the future.

Best hotel we have ever stayed in. The rate was very affordable, and the location was perfect for dining and night life. Will definitely be staying at Hyatt Place again.

Liked: Great room; plenty of space; clean environment; friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: There was no body wash provided in the room, and the hand soap I had to use burned my skin.

Liked: Our stay was great.
Disliked: We didn’t like room 617 which was directly across from the elevator. It was too much commotion all through out the night.

Liked: Staff was friendly, great location, quiet, and breakfast was great!
Disliked: Unfortunately, our room was not as clean as we would've liked. Stains on couch/carpet, build up in the shower, and dust on the night stands.

Disliked: The air conditioning unit in our room 505 didn’t work. Was miserable. Finally called to see if they had a fan at 5 am we could use. Not pleasant. Still waiting on call back from manager.

Disliked: The breakfast was terrible. Sausages was half cooked. The rest of the food was luke warm. They don’t have Eggs on the weekend, which doesn’t make sense because you have them during the week. They could have more options for the continental breakfast.
