Hyatt Place Atlanta/Alpharetta/Windward Parkway

The Hyatt Place Atlanta is a first class place to stay. Very courteous and helpful staff. The rooms are large, comfortable and quiet. I would recomend this to anyone needing a place in Alpharetta. I will definitely stay here in the future.

Liked: Service and Staff.
Disliked: Nothing.

Best hotel we have ever stayed in. The rate was very affordable, and the location was perfect for dining and night life. Will definitely be staying at Hyatt Place again.

Liked: Great room; plenty of space; clean environment; friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: There was no body wash provided in the room, and the hand soap I had to use burned my skin.

Absolutely terrible experience. Stay away!

Disliked: One of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. I made a reservation through Booking.com and even added a note that I would be arriving at 11pm, they read and accepted this request. When I got there, tired and expecting a room, the receptionist — who honestly looked and acted like they were working at the sketchiest roadside motel — told me there were no rooms left. They had clearly sold my room to someone else, assuming I wouldn’t show up.Not only did he not apologize, he were rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. When I said I had a confirmed reservation, his response was literally “I don’t care.” Then he told me to leave or he’d call the police. Yes, you read that right. A paying guest with a reservation, and they threatened to call the cops because they messed up.Avoid this place at all costs. They have zero respect for guests and no understanding of basic customer service. I’d rather sleep in my car next time than risk dealing with this nightmare again.

Liked: We have stayed here 3 times over the past few years. Always very good.
Disliked: Only reason I gave it a 9 was the wait for eggs at breakfast was long and everyone was waiting.

Liked: I like the location of the property very duck off-ish and quiet! The maintenance guy was very nice & had better customer service thn the property manager
Disliked: I didn't like that my bathroom door kept locking us out & the property manager was kindof rude. I had to keep calling about my reservation to make sure it didn't cancel. We didn't have enough towels and when we request them they never brought them. I will not be coming back

Liked: The room was nice and well equipped.
Disliked: I was charged $100 for pet cleanup that I was never told about.
