I was disappointed by a...

Liked: It was in a good location. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Paying $60 to park on top of paying for the room was a little ridiculous. Especially when there is no other option. I could understand making outsiders pay this, but your guests should at least get a discount or something. After check-in I had two different staff members just walk into my room without knocking which as a woman who was there by herself was terrifying.

Disliked: Holes in bathroom wall covered with wallpaper. Poor water pressure. Hole in ceiling. Guests at breakfast in pajamas.

Great Hotel

Liked: Hotel has a good location we usually stay here when we visit.
Disliked: I paid for a city view and we did not get that in fact we got a view of a dirty alley way and an unfinished parking lot full of construction. And morning breakfast is a nightmare they need more seating and equipment that works.

10/10 would stay again and...

Liked: it was right across from the aquarium, and the staff were so kind and welcoming
Disliked: there was construction everywhere around it. limited parking around the hotel and hotel parking was extremely expensive

Overall good, the position is...

Liked: Position, room, breckfast
Disliked: Elevator extremely slow, rim had the body moisture open and used, no small mirror, was broken. Staff did mistakes during the checkout. Valet parking, no sense! You have to go and get your car at the garage anyway, they just bring the car to you at the entrance of the garage, 60$ per day for this service it’s just an overcharge
