Overall good, the position is...

Liked: Position, room, breckfast
Disliked: Elevator extremely slow, rim had the body moisture open and used, no small mirror, was broken. Staff did mistakes during the checkout. Valet parking, no sense! You have to go and get your car at the garage anyway, they just bring the car to you at the entrance of the garage, 60$ per day for this service it’s just an overcharge

The location of the hotel...

Liked: The breakfast was great with a nice variety. The location of the hotel was a short walk to the aquarium and world of Coke.
Disliked: Valet driver stole my wallet from my vehicle. The hotel staff refused to run the cameras to verify even though it was in my car before the driver parked it. Hotel staff and valet workers were completely rude and unhelpful with locating the stolen wallet. It seems that this is a frequent occurrence at this location. While searching the room to double check I did not misplace my wallet, we found a petrified orange and rotten Coke bottle under the bed. I wish I would have taken photos to attach. The room had a sour smell to it, so I’m assuming this was the culprit. The mini fridge in the room did not work. Hotel staff did not clean the room daily, and we ran out of essentials like toilet paper.

We really enjoyed our stay...

Liked: Breakfast was great. Staffs at breakfast was great. Staff at wallet parking deck was really nice and friendly.

Disliked: The hidden parking fee!!! $60 to park at the hotel where you are already paying to stay is absurd! The pillows were tiny and flat. The bed wasn't comfortable.

Very good

Disliked: Valet parking is $60 per day, however they somehow count a day to be until 3pm, regardless of when you have actually checked in a day before. So they ask you for $20 extra if you pickup a car after 3pm, but in a totally shady way. You pay everything to the hotel at checkout (or so it seems) and then valet guys ask you for an extra $20 even though you just finished your checkout and paid everything a minute ago at the front desk. Unacceptable.
