Hyatt Place Atlanta Buckhead

Most amazing and accommodating staff. Very softly spoken and polite young women at the front desk. The room was amazing.

Liked: Great location; free parking; clean rooms and friendly staff.

I had booked four different rooms at Hyatt and all were terrific, with no problems. Couldn't ask for better staff than at the Hyatt in Buckhead - just wish I could have stayed longer.

Liked: Staff was great; shuttle bus went above and beyond. Had 4 different rooms and they were all perfect. Breakfast was also terrific.
Disliked: None

The decor is great but it has maintenance issues. The tub had three inches of water after my showers. The sixth level of the parking garage had no lights working. We heard lots of noise from the street during the night. The next morning I found the sliding window would not close completely. It had a 1/8 inch crack letting in noise and cold air.

Disappointing

Disliked: Saturday night was like you were trying to sleep during a racing event. I had ear plugs but my husband barely slept. The revving engines went on until after 3:00 in the morning.

Great place and great location.

Liked: The breakfast was good and plentiful. The employees were respectful as well.
Disliked: Nothing everything was great! We loved our stay!
