Most amazing and accommodating staff. Very softly spoken and polite young women at the front desk. The room was amazing.

I had booked four different rooms at Hyatt and all were terrific, with no problems. Couldn't ask for better staff than at the Hyatt in Buckhead - just wish I could have stayed longer.

Liked: Staff was great; shuttle bus went above and beyond. Had 4 different rooms and they were all perfect. Breakfast was also terrific.

The decor is great but it has maintenance issues. The tub had three inches of water after my showers. The sixth level of the parking garage had no lights working. We heard lots of noise from the street during the night. The next morning I found the sliding window would not close completely. It had a 1/8 inch crack letting in noise and cold air.

Nice but disappointing

Liked: We loved the location, the spacious room, the breakfast, convenience stand, and the cleanliness of this hotel.
Disliked: We called the hotel directly, spoke with a front desk agent, and asked if the pool was open. They said yes. We arrive and the pool has not been opened due to needing a new heating element. We would have stayed elsewhere just for our children to have access to a pool. So we felt mislead.
