Most amazing and accommodating staff. Very softly spoken and polite young women at the front desk. The room was amazing.

I had booked four different rooms at Hyatt and all were terrific, with no problems. Couldn't ask for better staff than at the Hyatt in Buckhead - just wish I could have stayed longer.

Liked: Staff was great; shuttle bus went above and beyond. Had 4 different rooms and they were all perfect. Breakfast was also terrific.

The decor is great but it has maintenance issues. The tub had three inches of water after my showers. The sixth level of the parking garage had no lights working. We heard lots of noise from the street during the night. The next morning I found the sliding window would not close completely. It had a 1/8 inch crack letting in noise and cold air.

Liked: Breakfast was excellent because the hotel provided a variety of choices. The area was extremely clean.
Disliked: When I checked in from a long flight, there were a group a young girls making extremely loud noise. I wondered if it was spring break. My room did not smell fresh and I had my sis bring sheets for room 321. Please check check for bed bugs since I have 2 bites on my right hand. I have stayed at Hyatt place in NJ and Westchester so my expectation was high since my past experience was always excellent. The staff at Hyatt Atlanta at Buckhead are super friendly and made my stay good. Please double check with your cleaning staff. They can do better!

Liked: The room we got was excellent for a group of 5 , we always love to stay in Hyatt as the location is excellent to all restaurant and local bars. It is a must stay every time we are in Atlanta.
Disliked: So far it is okay as it serve our purpose of staying.
