This was not somewhere I will stay again. My vehicle was broken into and robbed on the property. It happened our first night there. Went up to room and came back down to smoke and my locked vehicle was robbed. Also the hallways and elevator were so hot I was sweating. Reported robbery to staff and called police. The employees who helped call the police did not report the incident to management. Upon check out management asked how our stay was and we said horrible. They were shocked because no one had told management of the incident. They were sympathetic but nothing more. My valuables are gone and they didn't offer me anything for my troubles at their property. Not even a drink comp.

Liked: Good for a night stay to catch early morning flight from Atlanta Airport. Property is bit old but some renovations were going on.
Disliked: Just one Bin for toilet and room which was bit inconvenient.

Liked: 1st- I didn’t stay at the property; the shuttle for the airport did not run every half hour as stated; I was there at 735, no 745 shuttle; I & another waited till almost 815 while a Tstorm developed; I called the property 4X because half the time no one answered to inquire about the shuttle since every other service had 2 shuttles arrive while we waited. 2nd- when we finally got to the “hotel”, what we found was a desk next to a construction site, which was unattended. I waited about 15 minutes, even called again to see if anyone was around. I walked around the 1st floor & found no one; in the meantime, people were entering the building & no security. So I left, doing what any rational person would do- I would NEVER check into a hotel where employees left the lobby vacant & there was ongoing construction & expect a refund, esp since I never stayed & had to pay in advance

Disliked: Didn't feel safe horrible breakfast spiders in the room lack of housekeeping you have to stay 3 nights b4 housekeeping will clean the room nobody knowing the policy the staff at check on was very rude along with the shuttle bus driver who bumped into me on purpose and not once say excuse me after I Checked him. Overall HORRIBLE! PLEASE RUN DONT WALK AWAY BUT RUN FROM THIS HOTEL PERIODT!

I was disappointed but it...

Liked: We only went to sleep there since we had to travel so early in the morning. To be honest with you, the only thing I was excited over was the shampoo and conditioner for the shower. That was amazing.
Disliked: The location was under construction. I was not expecting a Hyatt to be in this condition at that rate. I could have gone to other locations and spent less money but I wanted the Hyatt experience and guarantee. So it took me for a surprise. I also requested a hotel with a restaurant and my order took over an hour to arrive because it was not on site. It was a delivery from an outside restaurant. That was disappointing as well.
