This was not somewhere I will stay again. My vehicle was broken into and robbed on the property. It happened our first night there. Went up to room and came back down to smoke and my locked vehicle was robbed. Also the hallways and elevator were so hot I was sweating. Reported robbery to staff and called police. The employees who helped call the police did not report the incident to management. Upon check out management asked how our stay was and we said horrible. They were shocked because no one had told management of the incident. They were sympathetic but nothing more. My valuables are gone and they didn't offer me anything for my troubles at their property. Not even a drink comp.

Disliked: My floors were so dirty I used the towels to walk on the floor coming out of the shower. They looked muddy. my iron was broken . I asked for another one it took 30 minutes. I called the front desk no answer so I went downstairs they were at the desk with no guests. they got me another one brought it to my room and that one was broken as well. My toilet handle broke off as I was leaving to check out, the ac will only turn off or on can’t adjust the air it was cold or off. No in between, THE BREAKFAST was so horrible I just walked out . I am the Executive Sous Chef at the Partridge Inn Augusta, GA. This was the WORST stay i have ever had in my life. I should have booked with another company the is not the exemplary standard they uphold. I honestly wish I could have my money back. Alarm clock was broken. There was no phone in the room. And the outlet was broken by the nightstand . Terrible terrible terrible.
