This was not somewhere I will stay again. My vehicle was broken into and robbed on the property. It happened our first night there. Went up to room and came back down to smoke and my locked vehicle was robbed. Also the hallways and elevator were so hot I was sweating. Reported robbery to staff and called police. The employees who helped call the police did not report the incident to management. Upon check out management asked how our stay was and we said horrible. They were shocked because no one had told management of the incident. They were sympathetic but nothing more. My valuables are gone and they didn't offer me anything for my troubles at their property. Not even a drink comp.

Disliked: The cleanness. Only thing I did not like far as entering the building to check in it was very hot The air feel like it was not working when we first entered the building and the elevators was hot also too

Pleasant staff, remodel construction, failed...

Liked: The rooms were large. The staff was nice.
Disliked: Didn’t know when booking that the hotel is doing a remodel in the lobby and rooms. Our AC stopped working during the night. We didn’t get moved to another room in the morning after maintenance said they had to replace it. Breakfast was okay but was cold or barely warm. We open to do our own breakfast after the first day. Which was good because they were also doing construction on that area the second day.

Liked: Close proximity to the airport
Disliked: Under major renovations that were not advertised at time of reservation. Limited availability of food and bar service that was expected. Quality of food provide at bistro style restaurant not particularly good.

Near airport but quiet

Liked: Big rooms, 2 double beds and sofa sleeper, mini frig, microwave and desk area.
Disliked: Lobby under construction, could use TLC

Liked: Clean, spacious room; easy access to the interstate
Disliked: They’re doing construction in the lobby which was a nuisance. The toilet seat in my room was loose & not screwed on properly; no travel samples of lotion or body wash or shampoo

Liked: Really nice and spacious rooms. Very clean. Great place to stay if you need to be close to the airport.

Liked: Proximity to airport and driving experience.
Disliked: When we arrived at the Hyatt about 10:30-10:45pm, there was one police vehicle at the premises. We drove around back to look for parking and there were people hanging out apparently trying to avoid the police. We drove back around the front and 3 more police vehicles pulled up. We were unable to enter the hotel and the hotel staff did not answer the phone. We left because it was not safe to be there and requested a cancellation. We are still awaiting a cancellation refund given the circumstances and had to locate and book other accommodations for the night. Please advise on assistance with the refund or we will have to dispute the charge with our CC company. Thank you.
