Hyatt Place Atlanta Airport-North

This was not somewhere I will stay again. My vehicle was broken into and robbed on the property. It happened our first night there. Went up to room and came back down to smoke and my locked vehicle was robbed. Also the hallways and elevator were so hot I was sweating. Reported robbery to staff and called police. The employees who helped call the police did not report the incident to management. Upon check out management asked how our stay was and we said horrible. They were shocked because no one had told management of the incident. They were sympathetic but nothing more. My valuables are gone and they didn't offer me anything for my troubles at their property. Not even a drink comp.

Liked: We had the reaction but no room at 2 am even I called and asked we were arriving around 2 AM so keep the room

Liked: Very clean, staff was nice and welcoming, shuttle was great and efficient with timing, breakfast was great and staff assisting was very helpful and pleasant to have a conversation with.
