Convenient location, but uncomfortable room...
Liked: It was connected to the casino, the property looked nice, and the food at the Parlay Lounge was good.
Disliked: We stayed here because it was connected to the casino, but overall our experience wasn’t great. The casino itself didn’t have many games and was disappointing. In our room, the bed and pillows were both hard, we didn’t have enough towels, and the fridge was leaking. The sofa bed had no bedding, so we had to go ask for it. Breakfast wasn’t included and was billed separately. The hallways smelled strongly of weed, and there was no ice machine on our floor.

Liked: The location.
Disliked: Comfort of the furniture specifically the bed and the personality of the check in staff.

Terrible experience – I do...
Disliked: I had a really bad experience at this hotel. I was placed on the first floor because I have a service dog, and the front desk told me that guests with pets are only allowed on that floor.The room smelled awful, there was mold on the walls, the bathroom carpet was torn, and the bathroom had a bathtub instead of the walk-in shower shown in the photo when I booked.We complained, but the only room they offered was a king bed with a sofa bed — which was not what I had reserved. I had booked a room with two queen beds because we were three people. I didn’t want my niece to sleep on a sofa bed, so that option wasn’t acceptable.We ended up having to stay in the original, moldy room. Later I checked the hotel’s website and saw that rooms similar to what I booked were actually available.Breakfast was also disappointing. The scrambled eggs were terrible, and almost everything offered was processed food.Overall, I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone.After their response below, asking me to get in touch, I will not follow up, it’s their responsibility to reach out to the guest. The interest in resolving this kind of issue should come from them. They should proactively contact the guest and take responsibility for resolving the problems they caused.
