Fantastic stay with the family

Liked: Great location, great family room, great breakfast, and easy walk to the parks. And lots in places to eat if you are still hungry after leaving the amazing food options at the parks.

Liked: Beautiful hotel, very large and busy. It was convenient to have coffee and food available for purchase on site. It is pricier than other hotels nearby and does not have free breakfast.

Not a great choice of...

Liked: They would not allow us to check in early after a 21 hour drive from Texas - we arrived at 8am. Front desk was extremely rude, and my family and I had nowhere to sleep or rest after such a long drive. We had to kill time in the car and walking around the beach, but that was exhausting. When we were finally able to check in at 3pm, our room was still not clean. They had to assign us a new room that was cleaned prior because ours had not been made ready in time. The floor in the room was full of sand. The sliding doors to separate the king bed from the bunk beds did not close all the way - left my husband and I with very little privacy after paying extra for a family suite. We were not given any water or accommodations the entire 3 day stay. No laundry facility in the building. Overall, not a great choice and we’ll never stay here again.
