The establishment was very clean. Rooms were comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be returning customers.

Liked: For the most part the facilities were very good. I was traveling to attend a course; the hotel was conveniently located. There were a lot of conveniences such as microwave, laundry services and a good gym. The bed was comfortable and the temperature in the room could be easily controlled. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Shuttle bus offered is a great service.
Disliked: Cleanliness needs to be better. I found hair in my bathroom and the towels were quite badly stained. There was only one vegetarian option on the menu; for a 5 night stay this was not ideal.

Disliked: Additional “cleaning fee $75”?? Just add that in on your rate…. I hate the hidden extra costs. That fee seems extreme. Will be a consideration if staying here again.

Wonderful experience

Liked: room was clean, modern, had a tv. Hotel is close to downtown and restaurants, not a walking distance tho. Breakfast was poor. We went out and had a breakfast somewhere else. Reception guy wasn't friendly. However, online check out was nice.
