The more you pay the...

Liked: Breakfast was very good and plenty of it but never hot.
Disliked: I stayed eight nights at a cost of $3969, about $550 a night. Most hotels would supply you with clean towels and clean the room, not here. I got the room cleaned twice in seven days only after asking every morning and stating I was going to bring my dirty towels and trash to lobby. NO ONE CARES Just pay the money and don't disturb us

Disliked: Not clean in the room when we arrived. Elevators were dirty and no one vacuumed them during our stay. Breakfast choices were minimal.

We came to hotel at...

Liked: Receptionist are not helpful. We have very bad time there. My family was not staying there and we were left out at reception. We had to fins another hotel to stay
Disliked: Not helpful, receptionist is ignorance
