Not really up to Hyatt...

Liked: I liked the location was near food, the pool and gym was nice, plenty of parking.
Disliked: The beds were horrible, not Hyatt quality. Employee at the front check-in was weird.

The best hotel stay so...

Liked: Great staff, great room,great evening offering of food because we were too tired from our travels to dine out. Hyatt Place makes a great little pizza! We extended our stay a day and visited Paro Duro Canyon, only 30 minutes from the hotel.

Overall it was pleasant except...

Liked: breakfast and hotel room was cool.
Disliked: The hallway on third floor was so humid and smelled extremely like dogs and or dog hair which wasn't pleasant at all as I am allergic to dogs.
