Exceptional
Liked: Incredible eating and shopping choices within walking distance. Very convenient location right off of the freeway. Good pull through parking for larger vehicles or small trailer.

Liked: Very nice and clean plenty of saftey protocols for Covid-19 and that excellent stay
Disliked: I stepped on an earring. Me and my guest don?t have pierced ears :/

Liked: Location was the only upside.
Disliked: The first room I was assigned to (the toilet didn?t flush), which means they (cleaning staff/management of cleaning staff) obviously didn?t ensure the toilet was cleaned after the last guest(s) stayed in that room (or they otherwise would have known). Which leads me to believe the cleaning at this facility is not thorough, to say the least.As a result (I was assigned to an alternate room) ? The second room had a definite funky smell, perhaps rooted in the carpet/walls/curtains. Absolutely did not smell clean.Overpriced for very subpar quality would never stay here again. The look/set up of the room is irrelevant, if cleanliness is not a priority.

Liked: Friendly staff; clean room; comfortable bed, cozy and warm (not drafty)

Liked: There clean and they make sure we wear are masks..
Disliked: They charge $200.00 deposit for rooms which is nonsense we didnt smoke in there rooms..They should put there charge of $200.00 deposit..We dont smoke and we have children..We will never rent here again cause of the charges...

Disliked: So incredibly angry that I selected the option for an early check in. I?m visiting my husband here who is with the Air Force so I had no way to control his work schedule. I selected and early arrival because I knew that he had to go straight into work. Upon arrival I was treated poorly, told I could not stay there until my room was available. After explaining that I?m from out of town and have nowhere to go with no vehicle, she told me that I could pay for the previous night and that night in order to get into a room. Had I had a vehicle, I would have cancelled my reservation and went elsewhere. No discount was offered and the establishment wasn?t worth 300 for one night, it even close. Highly disappointed in the service and facilities and will never go through them or booking.com again. This is why I will stick to Airbnb?s
