Liked: Property was clean
Disliked: Called to front desk because after trying 2 phones, the television wouldn’t connect. Front desk said they’ve had problems with tv’s and if after unplugging and retrying(which we did 2 times) then we would just have to go without tv. So we paid premium rates for a room with zero entertainment to pass the time. No resolution to issues.

Keepp up the good work.

Disliked: The cut-off breakfast time at 10am were executed to the second. I five minute grace period would have been appreciated.

Liked: Aside from the cleanliness issues, I was very, very pleased with location, spacious room/suite, useful amenities and the great price!
Disliked: Dirty dishes in dishwasher from previous guests.Dirty (child perhaps) handprints on windows.Dirty/stained couch cushion.

Great stay in Albany.

Liked: Excellent hotel. Large clean modern room, perfect for family of four. Great facilities and location. Would recommend.
Disliked: Breakfast was poor which was surprising for such a quality hotel. I would definitely stay again but would opt out of breakfast.

Liked: It was fine for the money we paid for the room. Continental breakfast. Some hot items. Coffee was bountiful. Seating was comfortable.
Disliked: The neighbourhood was a bit sketchy at night when you wanted to go for a walk but that cannot be helped by the hotel.
