Great hotel in an awkward...

Liked: Location was a bit shady but the hotel was first rate with excellent breakfast options.
Disliked: No parking onsite and had to park in the nearby parking structure.

This place was a great...

Liked: At the outset, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable, clean, nicely-decorated, and well-appointed. The breakfast was delicious, something for everyone. And SO clean. The breakfast staff worked hard to keep the food containers filled and to keep the place super neat and tidy, hard to do in a high-traffic area!
Disliked: The parking was not the most convenient.

Enjoyable. The bar was wonderful.

Disliked: Maybe have have bkft until 11:30

The hotel was clean and...

Liked: The staff were very nice. Breakfast was very good. Breakfast area was very clean and staff were very attentive.
Disliked: The front desk area was very small and understaffed. We requested extra towels we made a reservation for 3 people and only had enough for 2 people. I had to go down to the lobby to pick up the towels as there was no one to bring them to me. The additional bedding provided was stained with wine and make up on both the pillow cases and sheets. There was also what looked like a couple of dead spiders on the sheet. They had obviously not been washed. I again had to go down to the lobby to pick up the additional linens. Parking was not onsite but rather a parking garage down the way or a back lot not owned by the hotel. Not a deal breaker but would have been nice if it was closer.
