Liked: We had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located close to Universal Studios. The rooms were clean and nicely maintained, with comfortable beds that made for a good night’s sleep. The bathroom was a bit small, and I wasn’t a fan of the sink being located outside of it. The AC unit was also a bit loud, but overall didn’t disrupt our stay.A special shoutout to Tanifa at the front desk—she truly made our experience extra special! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Her warm hospitality made a lasting impression. Thank you, Tanifa!
