Liked: Clean, good location and friendly, helpful staff
Disliked: Only 1 high chair in the hotel, staff did go and get me another from the hotel opposite. Only 1 lift was working and we were on the top floor(7th) with a 10 month old and 8 year old…when the only working lift also stopped working it was pretty hard going getting up and down. Pool area was ok but not very inviting.

Good for Universal visitors

Disliked: Menu items listed on website didn’t exist also menu items for bar was not available either. Very noisy on bottom floor every time someone came in or out side entrance the door slammed so we heard that pretty much all night long also that is where deliveries came in so a lot of banging and door slamming early in morning

Perfectly adequate and more comfortable...

Disliked: The bathroom mirror needs more light.
