Disliked: Patio chairswere unusable and no pads, however choose room with a pool view, when discussed condition with Front Desk received attitude, Hotel bar was open but no bartender.

Hot and Stuffy

Liked: The bartender was nice in the hotel lounge and it is well located in downtown right across the street from our favorite tiki bar.
Disliked: The air conditioning did not work. The whole floor was warm. It was 100 degrees outside and we couldn’t get our air to get to a temperature below 78 inside the room. Our only saving grace was we had brought our own fan other wise it would have been way worse. The rooms were old and the room smelled like smoke. If we could have gotten some airflow through the whole suite it probably wouldn’t have been so noticeable. I think this was an Embassy Suites they just changed the name on but did nothing else that aligns with the Hyatt brand. Again all things I probably wouldn’t even thought twice about if the AC was working.

Disliked: The pool is gross hotel was hot my room was hot smelled like mildew your restaurant has bad service took 23 minutes just to get coffee terrible stay!!
