The best hotel stay I’ve...

Liked: The staff were amazing, the food was delicious, the room was so spacious and well decorated and the pool was so peaceful and relaxing.
Disliked: It was a little pricey but that’s every hotel during a festival weekend

Disliked: Air con very noisy. Couldn't use over night. Handle fell off door. Safe didn't work at first. Service very slow. Wait for towels by pool. Pool furniture broken/ dated

Stay somewhere else, as we...

Liked: Bar tender was good. New general manager (arrived that day) seemed to recognize that the property is a disaster and that it needs a LOT OF MONEY and some serious management attention to bring it up to Hyatt standards.
Disliked: We have stayed here many times. But were shocked at how much it has deteriorated since we were last there (probably 3 years ago). The place was run down, not clean, the staff (except the bar staff) seemed to be "mailing it in". In summary, we did not like anything because it was not fit to be carrying the Hyatt name any longer. We will never stay here again until it is completely renovated and the staff properly supervised and trained.
