We had a wonderful stay...relaxing...
Liked: During our check-in the computers were not working so there was a delay in the process. However, Maks, who was attending the desk, made an exasperating experience actually lovely. Maks was calm, reassuring and most of all quite humorous. My daughter and I loved him! In addition, we were given a $50 credit for the inconvenience. I would highly recommend you commend Maks for his efforts and his personality.
Disliked: There were no shower caps in the room.

My stay was nice until...
Liked: The breakfast was very tasty and the restaurant help was phenomenal!
Disliked: I had a very bad experience with house keeping. I called to speak to management about soiled linen in my bed and the manager was very pleasant and said he was sorry and he would send someone to change my linens but housekeeping had refused to do so and told me I would have to do it!!! Josh the manager gave my grandchildren and I free breakfast and a percentage off our stay. I believe the housekeeping need new teaching on customer service or maybe new persons that want to work.

Liked: Location is nice . Morning shift staff was friendly
Disliked: I was really looking forward to my stay at the Hyatt, but unfortunately, the room’s condition left a lot to be desired.•The bed linens had visible rips and stains, which is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one at this price point.•The walls and ceiling had scuff marks, water damage, and noticeable stains, giving the room a neglected feel.•Both lampshades were either torn or stained, which added to the impression of poor maintenance.•The upholstery on the furniture and the overall cleanliness of surfaces, including the desk, were not up to standard.•Some areas, like behind furniture, showed signs of dust or grime buildup.I appreciate the friendly staff and convenient location, but the room clearly needs a serious refresh or renovation.
