Liked: It would be nice to add a few creamers for the coffee machine instead of the disgusting dry powdered cream. Yuk

Liked: Very clean and convenient. Quiet and comfortable great stay!!

Disappointing experience.

Disliked: Struggled to watch anything on the tv all night. Wouldn’t connect with the hotel WiFi. So all night didn’t have any tv to watch besides the regular cable channels.

Disliked: A bottle of perfume (LOEWE SOLO ELLA) was stolen from the bathroom of room 427D during the house keeping service on Friday, 18, 2025. This issue was reported to the front desk on Saturday morning when we noticed the perfume was not in the bathroom. We were told that the manager would contact us to give us a solution. Still waiting for that phone call.

Liked: Spacious for 5 adults, conveniently located near Capitol Theater
Disliked: Room was as cheaply appointed as possible. No hair dryer in one of the bathrooms, very little sitting furniture or surfaces for eating. Only one dishwasher tablet.
