Walking distance to venue was great but be aware - there are a lot of homeless people. The more I travel the more I see. It is very disheartening.

Liked: The staff was excellent! The gentleman at the desk was great. It really helped that he knew the entertainer that I was there to see.
Disliked: Could have been a little bit cleaner but proximity to everything was on par.

First time staying here and was very impressed. Friendly staff; easy check in; parking was great; room was clean, spacious and modern. Great location and easy walk to restaurants, bars, and 9:30 Club.

Disliked: None.

Liked: Room was available at a good price
Disliked: The pool had been closed and was being converted into a roof top bar. The pool was one of the main reasons we selected this location as we were traveling with children that were very excited for a pool. Breakfast was a complete cluster F&@*. Not enough food being cooked to keep up with guests, no clean plates were available and none of the staff seemed to care at all. It was bad enough that my family just went back up to our room packed and then went to breakfast elsewhere.

Liked: We only stayed one night, but we thought it was very pleasant. The buffet was not big, but the food was good.
