Walking distance to venue was great but be aware - there are a lot of homeless people. The more I travel the more I see. It is very disheartening.

Liked: The staff was excellent! The gentleman at the desk was great. It really helped that he knew the entertainer that I was there to see.
Disliked: Could have been a little bit cleaner but proximity to everything was on par.

First time staying here and was very impressed. Friendly staff; easy check in; parking was great; room was clean, spacious and modern. Great location and easy walk to restaurants, bars, and 9:30 Club.

Disliked: Upon arrival, staff at front desk was a little rude. Had no sense of good customer service

Disliked: we arrived to our destination later then intended, had to go around a homeless man sleeping in the vestibule. arrived checked in and was told to park in the parking garage. Pulled into the parking garage at 1 am and the machine was not dispensing a ticket or lifting gate to park. Pressed help button on machine. Was told we needed to go back into the hotel and get them to assist us, they could not raise the arm to let us in and pay the lost ticket rate or anything. A parking attendant finally came over and lifted the arm for us. we could not find the elevator we were told to take from the parking garage into the hotel. ( later found it but there was no signage in the garage this is where the elevator entrance was) got into our room an hour later. the room was so hot and humid, the sheets on the bed felt wet, couldn't sleep. Finally after 3 hours of sleep we had to wake up for our daughters surgery. went into the bathroom to put her in the bathtub to clean her before surgery and there was no soap in the dispensers. The shower curtain was also covered in mold. I couldn't bathe her there for fear of infection and sickness since she is immunocompromised.

Liked: The hotel was amazing we booked it last minute. Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and friendly. The hotel offered a complementary breakfast .
Disliked: The hotel was a bit far from the main attractions we had to take Uber rides
