Hyatt House Washington Dc / Downtown/ Convention Center

Walking distance to venue was great but be aware - there are a lot of homeless people. The more I travel the more I see. It is very disheartening.

Liked: The staff was excellent! The gentleman at the desk was great. It really helped that he knew the entertainer that I was there to see.
Disliked: Could have been a little bit cleaner but proximity to everything was on par.

First time staying here and was very impressed. Friendly staff; easy check in; parking was great; room was clean, spacious and modern. Great location and easy walk to restaurants, bars, and 9:30 Club.

Disliked: None.

Not worth all the money...

Liked: I think that the hotel was nice.
Disliked: The price kept changing. You pay all this money for your stay and still have to pay hundreds of dollars to park. The hotel staff is not on the same page with pricing kept getting different quotes and paying more money. The velet hit my truck and killed my battery by leaving my lights on in the middle of the atreet for over 1hr and 45 mins where I had to purchase a new battery to make it back home.

Would never stay here again.

Liked: It was fairly close to city center.
Disliked: The staff were not helpful. I had no key during my entire stay and each time i wanted to enter my room, I had to request somebody come open the door for me. The line at the counter was terribly long. Overall, the level of cleanliness was shabby. The hotel is also not in a great area. This location is doing a disservice to the Hyatt brand.

Great location in a clean...

Liked: The location was good since it is close to many important places. There is supermarket around the corner and this makes things easy since you can prepare food in the room. In a way you feel like you are in a nice studio.
Disliked: I think the price for parking was too high.
