Liked: Ocean front, great view, location along Atlantic Ave, clean, friendly and responsive staff, showerhead water pressure, accessible to live entertainment and dining.
Disliked: Too many issues within 24 hours of arrival:1-AC non operational 2-Fridge non operational 3-Slider door stuck4-Wristband access doors and elevator was not working. Staff changed out. Maintenance Cevat very friendly. He fixed issues 1-3. You might consider checking each room before guests arrive to ensure all is functional. Food bland (continental breakfast)Housekeeping never serviced room.Bathroom lights kept turning off despite frequent bathroom motion.Parking offsite (safety issue).Dogs next door barked for 2-3 hours straight. Reported to Ms. Tee. She addressed immediately. Very nice and professional.
