Nice and wish we could...

Superb

Liked: Breakfast was great. They served at exactly 6:30 a.m.; however, they closed early at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, so my husband and kids did not get to eat for breakfast.Location is close to everything.
Disliked: Everything else went well except for the water dripping from the bar's ceiling. Otherwise, the service crew were very attentive and friendly.

Disappointing

Liked: Found a cockroach at the end of the trip. Pull out bed was worn out and uncomfortable. Staff was just not up to par. The only saving grace was the gentleman who valet our vehicle and showed us around.

Liked: Everything was excellent. The staff and all the services was amazing.
Disliked: Everything was great. No complaints

Liked: Robert was amazing. the ladies up at the counter were very accommodating as i was given a room on the 14th floor and asked to be on a lower level. i was given a room on the 3rd and the view was amazing. thank you. Will definately be back next year.

Disliked: Front desk staff not very welcoming or approachable. Not all of them, but most.Attempted to check in at 4pm, was told room wouldn’t be ready until 5pm.
