Don't arrive late to hotels....

Disliked: We were put into a less quality room with queen beds you can see the stream of advising them of late arrival, king room and not a left over room. We did not get a king room after months before booking. King means king. This room should have been put aside first in the day. Especially after being paid. I even called them to ask to keep a nice king room.

Comfortable and convenient to the...

Liked: The gentleman at check in was very kind and amiable. The room was spacious and the beds comfortable.
Disliked: The pool didn’t open until 11am - which is quite late if check out is 12pm.
