No more staying there

Liked: Convenient to the highway and Sheets is across the parking lot
Disliked: The carpets are filthy. Even though I traveled with pets, I don’t want my dogs lying on dirty carpets. The microwave was dirty and the countertops were not clean

Great hotel.

Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Well organized. Loved the full kitchen set up, Great way to save on going out to eat! Immediately fixed a small ac problem we had,no problem. Would've stayed again if they didn't steal my money.
Disliked: Stayed at the beginning of July and THEY ARE STILL PENDING the deposit money in my account. Refuse to help, when asked I was told they released the funds. My bank told me to get proof of that, I was then told there was no proof!! I WANT MY MONEY HYATTTT

Fantastic Stay at Hyatt House...

Liked: It's 5 minutes away from the airport - that was perfect for me as i was staying over for one night then had a flight to catch the following day. It's also very clean and very comfortable bed. I stayed at Hyatt House in San Jose and Cupertino early this year - I really like their properties
Disliked: There was a litre of water going at USD 6 in the room so had to order in a gallon of water from 7 Eleven at USD 2
