Had a wonderful time.

Liked: A great place.
Disliked: Room far away from elevator.

Liked: Clean, beautiful decor, kitchen in our suite was very nice, especially the full sized refrigerator. It was close to our concert venue (Overlake Christian Church and Starbucks is close by!
Disliked: Some construction was going on, but the hotel communicated clearly to us when it was happening.

Finding the hotel online and liking the great pricing for the room and amenities we were very pleased to find the Hyatt House met and surpassed our expectations on all points. The staff was available and friendly and helped us with all the details we needed to attend a local conference. They went over and above supplying us with a wheelchair to use at the conference we attended - saving us the trouble of trying to locate one in the area. A great experience, we'll be back!

Liked: Awesome staff - helpful and friendly with our many questions as it was our first time in the area.
Disliked: Parking lot was a little bit of a challenge as we have a disabled family member using a wheelchair.

The room was small but comfortable, pool and gym were both nice. Hot tub seemed dirty, possibly the chemicals were not balanced properly. Would stay here again. Very helpful nice staff.

Liked: Wonderful room, bed was very comfortable. Loved the pool, it was very clean and warm. Breakfast was great. The staff was extremely nice. We look forward to coming back in the near future.
Disliked: While it wasn't expensive, we had to pay for parking. It would be nice if that was part of the hotel fee upfront. To be honest, the parking fee wasn't enough of a problem that it would keep me from coming back though.
