Hyatt House Seattle/Redmond

Had a wonderful time.

Liked: A great place.
Disliked: Room far away from elevator.

Liked: Clean, beautiful decor, kitchen in our suite was very nice, especially the full sized refrigerator. It was close to our concert venue (Overlake Christian Church and Starbucks is close by!
Disliked: Some construction was going on, but the hotel communicated clearly to us when it was happening.

Finding the hotel online and liking the great pricing for the room and amenities we were very pleased to find the Hyatt House met and surpassed our expectations on all points. The staff was available and friendly and helped us with all the details we needed to attend a local conference. They went over and above supplying us with a wheelchair to use at the conference we attended - saving us the trouble of trying to locate one in the area. A great experience, we'll be back!

Liked: Awesome staff - helpful and friendly with our many questions as it was our first time in the area.
Disliked: Parking lot was a little bit of a challenge as we have a disabled family member using a wheelchair.

The room was small but comfortable, pool and gym were both nice. Hot tub seemed dirty, possibly the chemicals were not balanced properly. Would stay here again. Very helpful nice staff.

Disliked: The fourth floor had the odor of sewage that was consistent for the 24 hours of our stay.

Exceptional

It was very good place...

Liked: Spacious and clean. Comfortable bed and kitchen was nice and handy.
Disliked: We wanted a bathtub but it was just a shower stall.

Liked: Location is great for walking, rest of the city.
Disliked: The facilities are small and rooms in need of updating. The older woman at the front desk was hostile and unpleasant.

Liked: The staff. Everyone at all shifts, housekeeping, kitchen were all just terrific! The care taken, the cleanliness, comfort of the room/bed. Both hotel and room amenities were just right.
Disliked: Breakfast…would like breakfast meat options…chicken/turkey or vegan.Wish parking was closer….but parking facility itself very good.
