Great stay for a family...
Liked: Location was perfect. Steps away from the Space Needle and the monorail to get to downtown area. Room had a great view. Room set up was perfect for a family, with the kitchen and mini living room was great for the kids. Hot breakfast was good and staff was attentive and nice.
Disliked: It seems at there’s some work being done… the carpet in the elevators was in bad shape and taped down.

Disliked: I had a very disappointing experience at the Hyatt hotel. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly and received my room key. However, as I exited the elevator and walked towards my room, I noticed that the hallway was dirty. It seemed like it hadn't been vacuumed in days. When I entered my room, I started to feel disappointed. The kitchen pots were dirty, the microwave had tomato sauce stains, there was a black mold all over the shower, the carpet was dirty, the sofa had an red stain and smells bad and overall, the room smelled horrible.I went to the front desk to complain and brought photos I had taken as evidence. The attendant was very attentive and tried to relocate me to another room. To my surprise, all available rooms were in the same poor condition. The staff member felt embarrassed by the situation. (It was not his fault)I had booked the Hyatt house for 3 nights to enjoy the city with my family, but I ultimately decided that it was impossible to stay. I informed them that I would only stay one night and would check out the following morning. Unfortunately, I couldn’t even last that long. One hour after returning to my room, I started to develop a rash; my skin felt itchy all over. I requested to leave, made a last-minute reservation at another hotel, and because it was the last minute, I paid a higher price, and I left the Hyatt. The staff apologized, and the attendant assured me that she would process a refund for my credit card. Although she provided me with a hotel document, it did not include information about the transaction. She mentioned that the system doesn’t generate that information.In addition to the terrible hygiene conditions, it has now been four days since my departure, and I have not yet received my refund. Once I return from my trip, I will look for legal advice to recover my money. P.S: If the hotel’s cleanliness is in such a poor state, I can not imagine the hygiene standards for their breakfast.

Would stay again due to...
Liked: Everyone was so nice. Breakfast was plentiful.
Disliked: Construction on the 8th floor we were on the 7th and the restaurant was closed.
