Liked: We really like this hotel in terms of convenient location, easy decent breakfast, free parking, and excellent staff.
Disliked: This particular visit we were in a disability room. One of the bedside lights didn’t work (and since I discovered this right before bed after checking in late, it was too late for us to call that night). We informed the staff the next morning and they were on top of it—but since we only stayed one night, it wasn’t great for us. The accommodation for the walk-in disability shower made the whole floor wet, and since we weren’t disabled, it wasn’t worth it to us. Next time, we would ask for a nondisability room.
