Liked: On the doorstep to Old Town Scottsdale great location. Room was super clean. Breakfast was also good

Liked: The 2 room suite was nice and unexpected
Disliked: Need a strong coffee option for breakfast. Get one of the self serve espresso machines like the hotels in Europe have at their breakfast rooms Cable TV was horrible kept cutting out

Liked: The pool was nice but there were no towels and seating is very limited. Location in old town Scottsdale is good.
Disliked: The 2 bedroom suite was not as pictured. It was small and dark and very dated. The bedding needed replacing. The breakfast was just ok. Although the check in time is 4 we had to sit in the lobby for an hour until our room was ready and this cut into our pool time!

Liked: First of all, I called twice to get a certain building and as I know, they can’t guarantee that they said the morning of that they put me in the building I wanted to be until I got there they gave the building to someone else. Our room ended up being in a good location, but they are working on some broken pump outside so complete dirt when I step out of door, also room was not clean. Meaning furniture had bad smell when I moved cushion looked like there was blood spilled underneath they need to update furniture and carpet was dirty.

Liked: Hotel was passable but nothing special. Breakfast was solid.
Disliked: Pool was extremely chlorinated, stung the kids eyes. There were loud people running around the hotel at night and a nightclub across the street. Check in was delayed.
