Liked: Felt completely safe during my stay. Breakfast was AMAZING, the first hotel I ever seen to have soup. it felt like our home away from home, would definitely book again !!

Disappointing

Disliked: First of all, the bathroom is very small! We paid for a family of three adults (the child was 17 years old) to stay for two nights. The hotel only provided four bath towels. We often go on trips. It's acceptable that the hotel doesn't provide Housekeeping service every day. However, it's very rare that the bath towels provided by the hotel are insufficient. So the next morning, by scanning the QR code for the online reservation of House Keeping service posted in the hotel elevator, we hoped that someone would come in time to change the bath towels and garbage bags. Because three people lived there, the garbage bags were full in one night! The reservation operation showed that the reservation was successful, but when I returned to the room in the evening, everything was still the same as before. No one came to the room to handle it at all. I called the front desk to inquire, but was coldly told that housekeeping service was not provided for the two-night stay. If you needed additional bath towels, you had to go to the front desk to get them yourself. As for the issue of garbage bags, it was simply ignored! This is the most expensive hotel among the many hotels we booked for our self-driving tour from San Francisco to San Diego. Unfortunately, its service experience is the worst! Even if other hotels do not offer daily room cleaning services, at least people will come to change bath towels and garbage bags every morning.

Liked: everything was perfect, I realy liked the hotel( perfect staff, very clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was good and near there are restaurant. The service and price are very good. Next time I will definitely choose the same hotel.
