Comfortable

Liked: Staff were helpful and polite. The hotel was clean and tidy.
Disliked: We didn’t like after a very long and tiring trip that our room was not ready and after a wait of 30 minutes we asked for another room. The staff did this for us with no problems. The other thing is, it says there is a restaurant, but it’s just a franchise takeaway set up, but the food was good.
