Liked: Everything was fine about the stay.
Disliked: After leaving, I realised they have taken $4500+ from my credit card for a $1650 bill. This maxed out my credit card and meant I can't check in to next hotel. I called all the numbers for hotel, send messages, no answer and no way to get help to get them to fix this. No one answers the phone! Caused lots of knock-on problems for my trip!

Liked: The management was wonderful and we had pleasant interactions with them. The host in the breakfast area was a gracious man who made delightfully light and fluffy pancakes. The girl who was training on the front desk with the manager was very helpful and will be a wonderful addition to your staff. As for the cleaning crew, they’re doing a fabulous job of maintaining this historic building late night. check-in was easy and pleasant. We will definitely stay here again.
Disliked: Things went fine at the property. We liked our whole day.
