At times frustrating but adequate.

Liked: Quiet room. Open area to mingle by the tvs and the bar area. And the Flamingo lady bus driver was a hoot! Shuttle service is a great perk, for yours and the other hotels.
Disliked: My 1st room was right next to ice machine and elevator after my specific request to be away from both. The phone and TV were both broken in that room. Repacked and sent to a different room. I was told the hot tub was broken for two days and I expressed my frustration. Then 15 minutes later says it's fixed. Others in tub later said never broken during their 4 day stay. What?
