Liked: Breakfast and location good
Disliked: The room wasn't properly cleaned, the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes with smelling water inside, I reported the issue but nothing was done about it. I reported it multiple times. The dishwasher was beeping throughout the night i couldn't sleep properly because of the noise. I had to handwash someone else's dirty dishes. My room wasn't cleaned even though I asked for the room to be cleaned.

Hidden gem in Rochester

Liked: Room was very comfortable; bed especially. Bathroom was roomy and attractive. Breakfast was average, but adequate. Loved the free evening snack of soup in the lobby. Walking distance to the clinic.

Comfortable Hotel near Mayo Clinic

Liked: Room generously sized, breakfast good, soup good, easy walk to Mayo. Staff helpful. Work out room really nice, guest laundry much appreciated, covered garage a plus. CLEAN!
Disliked: Nothing!!!

It was a great stay!

Liked: Breakfast was good, plenty of options. And it was hot and fresh.
Disliked: A shuttle for short trips to nearby locations would have been nice.
