Liked: It is close to some great restaurants.
Disliked: My view was the HVAC unit. My visitor was given a hard time for trying to contact my room.

Disliked: I have book a room here twice for a king suite. Months ahead of time. And when I get there. They give me a handicap room. Or upgrade to a suite. I rather get what I ask for because. I needed the fridge and stove. Those little fridges don't keep anything cold. They should compensate for that. It's really bad business because it happen to me twice..

Perfect from check in to...

Liked: I think everything was amazing! I really want to give a big shout out to Connor, he really helped us when he was on call at the desk! My friend and I are both visually impaired and he was able to come up and help us with things like the TV and getting to our room when we checked in and just everything and that made it an amazing stay knowing thatthere was somebody there that cared enough to help us out and not just point and tell us to go. On Sunday morning very early. I want to give another shout out to Abby, she was able to get us an extended check out and when I called in the morning because we needed a couple more hours, she was able to accommodate that as well, she will never know how helpful that was to me!
Disliked: There was no pool

Liked: This was one of the best stays. Location is perfect and the staff was amazing.

Disliked: we didn't get to stay .Problems with customer service.
