Liked: The pool and hot tub were wonderful. The room was really nice although there were a couple things that weren't working - like the bathroom door wouldn't lock and the fridge was not working. But that would never stop me from booking there again. Courtney at the front desk was phenomenal and went the extra mile! Extra stars for Courtney! Free breakfast although we did not get up early enough to partake of it. Great place to stay with the family!

Disliked: Cabinet fell apart when opening it put a toothpick in it and screwed it in for it to hold chips in bathtub and tub took to long to drain coffee maker lid broken

Liked: Hyatt house was beautiful, comfortable and in a really accessible area, food delicious and classy first day, paper plates and plastic the next
Disliked: The front desk was either overworked or just out of it. The t.v. Was down the whole stay, inconvenient, but the thing that worried me is I accidentally got a handicapped accessible room, no problem , beautiful room, but the bathroom shower when used , got the floor wet also, no matter what precautions, left the bathroom almost dangerous for me, but esp. for someone with disabilities
