Great place to stay if...

Liked: Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, easy walking distance to The Reser, food cart pod, and many bars, restaurants, and MAX train (to Portland/Hillsboro).
Disliked: If you have a car you will either pay $35/day for valet parking, or $15/day at nearby garage, OR deal with 2hr time limit (M-F 7am-6pm) free street parking. Street parking is ample and no limit overnight and weekends, so if you’re using your car in the daytime, this might not be too much of a pain.

Very nice staff great location....

Liked: The breakfast was good, could have been a bit warmer. Room was clean, very basic. Very comfortable bed.
Disliked: The coffee pot didn't work correctly in the room. The breakfast coffee was very strong.

Nice, clean, great location but...

Disliked: The outside street lights were so bright that the room was lit-up all night. The so-called blackout shades did nothing at all. That room (202) probably needs curtains.
