Underwhelmed

Liked: The shower was great, quick hot water good pressure.
Disliked: The sofa bed mattress was so uncomfortable it was unusable. There was no blanket for the sofa bed either. The phone didn't work, the pool was under maintenance. Also a full kitchenette but no kettle in the room. Weird. The staff apologized for all the issues but didn't offer any type of help or compensation. They didn't think it was their job to find a way to make it right. The location was way more out of the way than I expected.

Wouldn’t stay here again

Disliked: Poor housekeeping. Couches were uncomfortable. Cost of parking was outrageous.

Excellent stay; clean, comfortable and...

Liked: Room was clean and well organized with space to put our suitcases and unload them without being in the way. Room was very comfortable, although bed could have been a little firmer. Bathroom floor & shower were clean! (THANKS!) Breakfast options were excellent, though finding a clean table was difficult (many tables, none of them clean). The location was loveley, near the riverfront path and close to our event destination.
Disliked: See above...almost everything was great.

building great; housekeeping, terrible. Staff?...

Liked: the price, the pool, the style of the room.
Disliked: finding someone’s pubic hair on bathroom floor immediately after entering room. Also finding soiled and disgusting dishes in the cupboards. also, being looked at or questioned almost every time i walked into lobby as if i wasn’t supposed to be there. really upsetting..
